To share a little bit about rainsticks...they are actually made of a hollow cactus. Inside there is a maze of little posts and there are seeds or stones that trickle through the maze of the posts making it sound like rain. The larger and thicker the rainstick the bigger the sound. The smaller ones are fun to use as a saver to keep rhythm and are great to travel with because they are so small but the sound is slight. Rainsticks come in the thin size in 10", 20", 30", and 40". In the thick size they come in 20", 30", and 40".
